The Company KLEIN

KLEIN GmbH was founded in 1996 and is based in the southern German state of Bayern.
Since its inception, Klein GmbH is a company owned and run by its creator Mr. Bernhard Klein.
KLEIN GmbH remains to date independent of any outside investment.

Klein GmbH manufactures concrete pumps, which are used all over the world. Customers appreciate the high quality of products, reliability and easy maintenance on machines developed and built by this contractor.

Quality "Made in Bavaria" for the global market.

Production of KLEIN GmbH machines is done in the production halls on the site of Jettingen Scheppach. The suppliers of the components used are all from the same region.

The subcontractors and their managers have been in close contact with KLEIN GmbH for years, which guarantees good quality without variations and for the shortest possible delivery time.

Klein GmbH uses high-quality pumping cylinders from the German manufacturer Mannesmann on all its concrete pumps and industrial pumps.

Parce qu’ils sont convaincus de la qualité de leurs machines et de la durabilité de leurs produits.
The imposing machines are assembled at KLEIN GmbH in Jettingen-Scheppach by highly qualified technicians. The same is true for the mechanics, electronics and hydraulics works, which are also realized on site by specialists from KLEIN GmbH.

Concrete Pumps - from 24 up to 58 meters boom length

The KLEIN GmbH concrete pump provides value for your Money. These pumps are easy to operate and prove to be very reliable in the construction field. We use the most modern materials available to construct our pumps to achieve an optimum ration between vehicle and boom distribution

Trailer Concrete Pumps

Today it has become impossible to imagine major construction sites without concrete pumps.
Our machines, which come equipped with a combustion or electric motor, allow pumping operation to a height of some 100 m and a horizontal distance of more than 2.000 m,
For these heavily utilized machines we relay on a renowned and proven technology, which is already in use in truck mounted concrete pumps and in which the hydraulic assume the control functions. The frame structure was designed such that the machines can easily be relocated with a crane.

Concrete Placing Booms

Throughout the world more and more high rise buildings are erected, for which there is the ever greater tendency to work with fixed concrete spreader systems.

The company KLEIN GmbH developed stationary concrete placing booms from 20 m to 36 m (horizontal reach). Due to the application of state of the art technologies and materials we succeeded in achieving a horizontal reach of up to 36 m without having to use a counter weight by constructing a 6-edge-column.
The columns can either be used as free booms are as climbing unitsLEIN has developed distribution poles for concrete from 20 to 36 m (maximum horizontal distance). By the use of new techniques and materials, it was possible for us by a base to 6 sides, to reach heights of 36m, without using counterweight.

The vertical tubing serves both as a mast for concrete supply and as a structure for access at the top.

Klein Industrial Pumps - KIP with S-tube Technology

Hydraulically driven piston pumps, with S-Tube technology, are well proven in the heavy construction word. More than 100.000 pumps are on duty with the 100% satisfaction of the operator.
To use this kind of pump in industrial applications is the logic consequence from KLEIN out of this.

For example

KIP-S 12 S-tube piston pump

Cylinder volume                          12,3 ltr
Diameter of delivery cylinder    150 mm
Length of delivery cylinder        700 mm
Hydraulic cylinder from              80 / 50 mm

KIP 25 S-Tube Piston Pump

Cylinder volume                              25,4 ltr
Diameter of delivery cylinder       180 mm
Length of delivery cylinder            1.000 mm
Hydraulic cylinder from                 125/80 mm up to 140/80 mm

KIP 98 S-Tube piston pump with feeding screws FS 2-400 MX

Cylinder volume                           98,1 ltr
Diameter of delivery cylinder     250 mm
Length of delivery cylinder         2.000 mm
Hydraulic cylinder from              125/80 mm up to 140/80 mm
Diameter of screw                       400 mm
Dimension of inlet opening        3.000 mm x 780 mm

KIP 25 HP Piston Pump with FS 2-315 Feed Screw

The KLEIN GmbH Piston Pumps Product range shows Working performance pumping capacity from 2 m³/h up to 210 m³/h.
On the sludge pressure site, the standard pump has a working pressure from 1,261 psi (87 bar), at a pre-set hydraulic pressure of 2,610 psi (180 bar).
In the SHP Version (Super High Pressure) sludge pressure of 2,320 psi (160 bar) are possible.

8 sur 10 Klein Industrial Pump – KIP-V with Valve technology

Beside the KIP-S S-tube pump, KLEIN is also offering the hydraulically activated seat valve pump type KIP-V.
The benefit of this pump type is, that high viscose material can be pumped at high pressure (> 80 bar) without backflow or “Waterhammer” during switch over from one cylinder to the other.
This makes the whole pumping procedure from the pump up to the pipe line much more silence and reduce the life cycle cost significant.

Function of the Seat Valve Pump

Similar to a four stroke engine, the seat valve pump hat inlet valves (1) , working piston (2) and outlet valves (3).
With the hydraulically activated valves, a pumping with low pulsation is possible.
Especially at low viscosity material.

Quick and easy access to the valves plates and valve seats

The design of the pump head is made in this way to have always quick and easy access to the main wear parts as they are the valve plate and the valve seat.
Also in the case that the material is getting hard, like Bentonite, it is possible to clean the pump head very easily.
